Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms govern use of Principal Approval Desk ("the Service") provided by Principal Approval Desk. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your organisation.

2. The Service

The Service is an operational workflow tool for preparing, approving and tracking decisions. It is not legal, tax, financial, investment, medical or security advice, and no output of the Service should be treated as professional advice.

3. Accounts and organisations

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. Organisation administrators control membership, roles and content within their organisation. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to access other organisations' data, probing or disrupting the infrastructure, uploading unlawful content, or reselling the Service without agreement. See the Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Content

Your organisation retains all rights to the content it stores in the Service. You grant us the limited licence needed to host, process and display that content in order to provide the Service.

6. Fees

Paid plans are billed in advance on a subscription basis. Trials convert to paid plans only on explicit purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Availability and support

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted operation. Support is provided through the in-product support centre.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of the Service is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made using the Service.

9. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these terms. On termination, your organisation may export its data for thirty days.

10. Changes

We may update these terms with reasonable notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
