Disabling AI

AI assistance is optional and off by default. A Chief of Staff can enable or disable it entirely under Settings → AI assistance. No content is sent to an AI provider without a clear user action, and highly confidential content shows an explicit notice first. The system keeps only metadata about AI processing, never content.
