Delegating decisions

A principal can delegate any decision awaiting their approval to another authorised person, with an optional note. Delegation is recorded permanently in the audit history. Standing delegation rules (for example, travel below $25,000) can be configured under Settings → Delegation, and only apply once explicitly activated.
